FOUNDED IN APRIL 1965

Del Rischmiller started Del’s Construction in April of 1965 as a masonry and concrete contracting company. For over 50 years we have been proud to provide our clients and the construction industry with those services. Whether large or small, our masonry projects reflect the quality and craftsmanship that have stood the test of time and masonry work remains a key component of who we are and what we do today.

Over the past 50 years, Del’s Construction has evolved from being strictly a masonry and concrete contractor to where we now can provide our clients with a total general construction / construction management service. While not the largest contractor in southern Minnesota, the experience and hands-on attention to detail we bring to a project has resulted in many successful on-going relationships between our company and our clients. Our construction management service is one based on developing trust and maintaining relationships with owners, architects and contractors. That being said, the most important relationship in that mix is the one developed with the owner, acting on their behalf, to insure an outcome that is within the timeframe and budget allowed for that particular project. A satisfied owner over a number of projects and number of years is, in our opinion, the true test of successful construction management.
